This particular group of drugs works by killing an extensive variety of fungi that can cause nail infections.

Severe infections where the root of the nail is cannot be treated using Loceryl Curanail 5ml. This section of the nail is called the lunula, a crescent-shaped area at the base of every nail. If this is infected then a talk with a doctor would be needed.
