How to Use

Prepare the saline solution according to the pack instructions using only distilled, sterile, or previously boiled and cooled water.

Lean over a sink, tilt your head slightly and gently squeeze the solution into one nostril, allowing it to drain through the other. Repeat on the opposite side if required.

Wash the bottle after every use and allow it to air-dry completely.
