How to Use

Locate and firmly squeeze the inner pouch until it ruptures. Shake the pack for approximately 10 seconds to mix the contents.

Wrap the pack in a thin cloth and apply to the affected area for up to 20 minutes. Check the skin regularly and remove immediately if excessive numbness, pain or discolouration occurs.
