Itami is a self-adhesive medicated patch containing 140 mg of diclofenac sodium, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) that helps relieve pain and inflammation directly at the affected area through the skin, with minimal absorption into the bloodstream.

How to Use:
Adults and adolescents aged 16 years and above: Apply 1 patch twice daily (every 12 hours) directly to the painful area on clean, dry, intact skin. Rub the patch gently after application to ensure proper adhesion. Do not apply to broken skin, wounds, or eczema. Avoid showering or bathing while wearing the patch. Wash hands after application. Do not use for more than 7 days without medical advice. Maximum treatment duration is 14 days. Avoid direct sunlight on the treated area during use and for 1 day after removing the patch.
