Duomate 30 mg contains a higher strength of lansoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that helps reduce stomach acid production. It is commonly used for the treatment and healing of conditions such as severe acidity, acid reflux, stomach or duodenal ulcers, and as part of H. pylori eradication treatment together with antibiotics.

Used for the treatment of active stomach acid-related conditions including duodenal ulcers, stomach ulcers, acid reflux, and reflux esophagitis. It is also commonly used together with antibiotics for the treatment of H. pylori infection. In some cases, it may be prescribed for conditions associated with excessive stomach acid production or ulcers linked to long-term NSAID painkiller use.
How to Use:
Adults: dissolve (30 mg) once daily on the tongue, preferably in the morning at least 30 minutes before breakfast. Typical duration: 4 weeks for duodenal ulcer, 8 weeks for gastric ulcer or reflux esophagitis. For H. pylori eradication, taken twice daily with two antibiotics for 7–14 days as prescribed. Do not stop suddenly after long-term use — rebound symptoms can occur. Prescription-only.
