Betadine Paint Antispetic 8ml

Betadine Paint "povidone-iodine" antiseptic paint contains povidone-iodine in an alcoholic solution. Povidone-iodine belongs to a class of antiseptics known as iodophors.

Betadine Paint chemicals exert their antiseptic effect by slowly releasing iodine.

Antiseptics (sometimes called germicides) are chemicals that kill or prevent the growth of micro-organisms such as bacteria, fungi, viruses, protozoa, and bacterial spores.

Betadine Paint is a broad spectrum, quick-drying antiseptic for the treatment and prevention of infection. It is ideal for herpes simplex, herpes zoster, grazes, abrasions, cuts, and wounds or any break in the skin which requires protection from infection.

In the presence of blood, serum, purulent exudate, and necrotic (dead) tissue, Betadine Paint action persists while the color remains.

Apply betadine antiseptic paint undiluted as necessary to the affected area and allow to dry.

Rinse the brush thoroughly after use.
