BIOHISTINE 16 contains Betahistine Dihydrochloride 16 mg, a medication used to treat the symptoms of Meniere's disease, such as vertigo, tinnitus, and hearing loss. It works by improving blood flow to the inner ear.

Pregnancy:

General warnings:
Stomach ulcers
Ulcers refer to sores in the lining of the stomach and intestine. Biohistin 16 mg Tablet should be used with caution if you have stomach ulcers as this medicine may occasionally cause indigestion. 
Asthma:
Biohistin 16 mg Tablet should be used with caution if you have asthma (narrowing of the airways causing breathing difficulty) as this medicine may worsen your condition. 
Use in children:
Biohistin 16 mg Tablet is not recommended for use in children below 18 years of age as the safety and efficacy data are not clinically established.
Low blood pressure:
Biohistin 16 mg Tablet should be used with caution if you have severe hypotension (low blood pressure) as this medicine may further worsen your condition.
