The honey based wound gel will cause less pain and utilizes the antibacterial strengths of honey (osomosis & peroxide). The honey source of Melladerm® Plus is Bulgaria. This is specially selected honey from a multiflower mountain region that has a naturally high glucose oxidase and Phenolic content. Melladerm® Plus can be 30 times diluted before it loses its antibacterial properties.
