How to use

1. Cut off 30 cm of floss.
2. Wrap around your index finger.
3. Using your thumbs, gently guide the floss between your teeth with a back-and-forth motion.
4. Hold the floss tight against the surface of a tooth and slide it downwards.
5. Then place the floss on the other surface and repeat the action.
