We have a 3-day return policy if you are not happy with the Products ordered from Medicinaonline.ae
For all products eligible for return, you must ensure that the Products are as per the conditions stated in the returns process below. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to grant any or part refund if these conditions are not met.
Our brands & partners take tested control measures to ensure that products are of the highest quality and reach you in the right condition.
However, in case a product has arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately through 80063342462 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
The replacement may be available. Defective Products may also benefit from a manufacturer’s defects warranty.
Unless there has been an error on our part or the product you purchased is defective, we cannot accept Returns on special items, as these cannot be sold to anyone else like:
• Medicines cannot be returned once purchased
• Hygiene products cannot be returned if used
• Body support, socks, wearables in general
• Baby formula "Powder Milk" and baby food in general, Fragrances, Skincare, cosmetics, make-up and haircare must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging (as received) otherwise they will not be accepted

2-Our team will evaluate the case after reviewing the special items terms listed above, then communicate with you for the status of the return and refund if it is accepted or not.
3-If items are eligible for return, the refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase and we will arrange the driver to collect the items within 1 to 2 days and return the money back if the payment done was cash on delivery.
4-In case of online payment, it may take up to 5-20 days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund transaction and customer will receive email or SMS for initiating the refund process.
